Note: Custom From Sender email address and From Name are only available to accounts under any MoonMail Paid Plan. All Free Plan users have the same From Sender which is:

Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook email addresses (among many others), are not allowed to be added as Sender email addresses within MoonMail.  

1.- First click on your name in the top-right corner and go to your Profile > Senders and click on 'Create Sender'. Please note again: this tab won't show if you're on the Free Plan.

2.- Next, add the information for your Sender. Your campaigns will hit your recipient's inbox with this "from" information. Email field is mandatory.

3.- An email from Amazon will be sent to that email address so the owner can verify it by clicking on the link to confirm the ownership of the address. Here's an example of the email. If you don't click on the link, the verification of your Sender won't succeed.

4.- After the email has been approved, go back to your MoonMail dashboard under the Sender page, click on the 'Check status' button to update your account. Now you have a new Sender to represent your company.

If you didn’t receive the email from Amazon, first please, double-check your email address to make sure it doesn't have any typo. Then you can click on 'Resend verification email' to send another email. 

Now you have a custom Sender!

Remember to set-up the DKIM and SPF records for your Sender/s to dramatically improve the deliverability of your campaigns. We've seen improvements of more than 40% in deliverability in Senders with all DKIM and SPF records well setup.
